The Spring Secondhand Edit
By Your Request
I asked you what you’re looking for this spring, and here were some of the responses:
Heeled sandals that are rad
Anything 60s medieval revival
Suede jacket
Anything with railroad stripes
Pull-on pants (same- all I wanna wear currently)
First: Heeled Sandals that are Rad
Admittedly, I’m not the biggest heel person (primarily because of the comfort factor), so this was tough for me. Here are a few cuties I searched long and hard for:
If you have a tiny size 5 foot, you’re in luck. Find them here. I absolutely love the Depop description of these: “I imagine this shoe being worn by the kind of lady who'd blow through Laurel Canyon, maybe even Topanga in the 70s. They dress the way I think I look when I dress down, but, somehow they look sophisticated and I'm more like a tipped over trashcan. Be a cool hippie. Become the Laurel Canyon lady.”
You can find a pair of these in any size and color you desire if you simply search for “Dr. Scholl’s Sandal” on Depop, Poshmark, or eBay. Grab the red pair above here (they’re a size 8).
Second: Anything 60s Medieval Revival
I immediately thought of Gunne Sax- the quintessential 60s Medieval Revival dress.
This one is a steal for Gunne- barely over $100. She’s stunning. Snag her here.
This reminds me of the infamous Puffy Shirt episode of Seinfeld- in a good way. Find it here.
Third: Suede Jacket
A wardrobe staple- my husband has a 70s one that I always borrow. Here are some options I found:
Not seasonally appropriate, but perfect come October. Snag this 60s Sherpa Suede jacket here. Only $75!
Grab this fringe beauty for only $60 here.
I know you need this blue suede number. Buy it here.
Fourth: Anything with Railroad Stripes
You really can’t go wrong. I owned a pair of flared 70s Railroad Stripe Overalls a few years ago and sold them during a minimalist phase- RIP me.
A 50s/60s pair of railroad stripe overalls for $50! Buy them here.
Buy these carpenter pants before I do.
Fifth: Pull-on Pants
I’m a big fan of pull-on pants. Here are some of the best ones I found on Depop:
If you know me well, you know I’m always wearing my Rudy Jude Pillowcase pants. These are very similar and less than half the price. Snag them here.
Seriously tempted by these ‘90s striped pants. Find them here.

Adding the fringe jacket to my cart 😬
A good sandal brand (that’s actually comfy!) is Korks. I own 5-6 pairs of their heeled sandals and I live in them.
